Items must not have any visible signs of wear or use
Items must still have original tags on and be returned in its original packaging
Items may be exchanged for any merch item of equal value
If an incorrect item was sent to you (different than what you ordered), a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you to ship the incorrect item back to us for an exchange
